We Are Hiring - Real Estate Marketing Specialist (Arabic & English Speaker) Location: Dubai Position Type: Full-Time Are you a creative marketer with strong experience in lead generation for off-plan real estate projects in Dubai? We're looking for a bilingual (Arabic & English) Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team and lead high-impact campaigns across Dubai and Sharjah. Requirements

Fluent in Arabic and English - spoken and written (mandatory) - Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate marketing (preferably off-plan) - Proven experience in digital lead generation (Meta Ads, Google Ads, landing pages) - Strong content writing and communication skills - Hands-on experience with SEO and website content management - Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, WordPress, Canva, etc. - Strong coordination skills with creative teams (design/video) - Organized, proactive, and highly creative
