Agricultural Maintenance Supervisor & Foreman
to oversee farm operations, workforce management, and maintenance of agricultural infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day farm operations, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
Supervise, train, and coordinate farm workers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
Implement agricultural plans, including crop cycles, planting, irrigation, and harvesting schedules.
Manage preventive and routine maintenance of equipment, tools, irrigation systems, and farm facilities.
Maintain accurate logs and reports on workforce activities, farm output, and operational challenges.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Monitor use of farm assets and ensure proper handling of machinery and resources.
Collaborate with management on planning, problem-solving, and introducing new techniques or improvements.
Support visitor engagement activities and guide farm tours when required (if applicable).
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a farm supervisor, foreman, or similar role.
Strong leadership and workforce management skills.
Practical knowledge of crop management, irrigation, and farm maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot equipment and oversee basic repairs.
Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
Flexible, proactive, and able to adapt to seasonal farm demands.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi/other languages are a plus).
