Job Description

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the doctoral business programs, ensuring academic excellence
Develop, review, and update curriculum in line with industry trends and academic standards
Mentor and supervise doctoral students and faculty members
Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to ensure program effectiveness
Conduct research and publish scholarly articles in relevant fields
Organize academic seminars, workshops, and training sessions
Ensure compliance with accreditation and institutional policies
Represent the program at academic conferences and industry events
Requirements:
Ph.D. in Business or related field from a recognized university
Minimum of 7-10 years of academic experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record of research, publications, and conference participation
Experience in curriculum development and quality assurance
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Prior experience in postgraduate program management is preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
