Responsibilities:
Supervise duct fabrication and meet production deadlines.
Check materials, minimize wastage, and control resources.
Inspect products to ensure quality standards.
Lead and motivate fabricators, helpers, and operators.
Ensure HSE compliance and machine maintenance.
Coordinate with project teams and prepare reports.
Requirements:
5+ years' experience in duct fabrication, including 2+ years in supervision.
Strong knowledge of fabrication standards and processes.
Leadership, problem-solving, and time management skills.
School degree or higher.
