The

Factory Supervisor

oversees and manages all aspects of production in the joinery and carpentry factory. They ensure that the manufacturing process runs efficiently, products meet quality standards, and projects are completed within deadlines. The role requires a strong understanding of woodworking techniques, machinery, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and supervise daily factory operations, ensuring smooth workflow. Monitor the production process, ensuring that deadlines are met without compromising quality. Allocate tasks to the team and ensure optimal workforce utilization. Enforce safety regulations and factory policies to maintain a safe working environment. Ensure that materials, tools, and equipment are available as needed. Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet project specifications. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions for better efficiency. Train and mentor workers, improving their skills and productivity. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that final products meet quality standards. Maintain records of production progress and report to higher management.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum

5 years

of experience in a joinery/carpentry factory. Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of joinery materials, machinery, and production techniques. Ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions. Understanding of health and safety regulations.
