Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on

Factory Supervisor

to manage daily operations at our wood furniture production facility. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in

woodworking

, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high standards in both quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations in the wood furniture factory Organize workflow, assign responsibilities, and manage work schedules Ensure quality control across all stages of production Train, monitor, and guide workers in safety and efficiency practices Enforce safety procedures and oversee machinery maintenance Coordinate with other departments to meet deadlines and targets Track materials and request supplies as needed Identify and resolve production issues, and recommend improvements Prepare and submit regular performance and production reports

Requirements

Proven experience in

wood furniture manufacturing

Strong knowledge of woodworking machines, tools, and techniques

Fluent in both English and Arabic - speaking, reading, and writing

Proficient in using

computers and mobile devices

for reporting and communication

Valid driving license

Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years in a supervisory or team leader role in a wood production environment Technical diploma or training in woodworking or furniture production (preferred) Experience using production or reporting software is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
