daily planning, fluke testing reports, and maintaining high production standards
in line with company policies and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and supervise daily cable production activities to achieve set targets.
Ensure all machines, materials, and manpower are efficiently utilized for smooth production flow.
Prepare and monitor
daily production and fluke test reports
to ensure product quality and performance compliance.
Maintain and implement
quality control procedures
to meet company and international standards.
Supervise factory staff, assign duties, and ensure adherence to safety and production guidelines.
Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and resolve any production issues.
Track raw material usage, wastage, and efficiency on a daily basis.
Monitor and ensure proper calibration and operation of fluke testing and measuring instruments.
Conduct regular inspections to maintain workplace discipline, safety, and cleanliness.
Support management in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production performance reports for review by management.
