Job Summary:

Joinery Hub is looking for a skilled and proactive

Factory Supervisor

with hands-on experience in joinery production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily factory operations, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring the timely execution of projects with a high standard of quality.

This role requires expertise in preparing cutting lists, material ordering, site measurements, and workforce management.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Supervision:

Supervise and manage daily factory operations, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule. Prepare detailed

cutting lists

based on shop drawings and project requirements. Allocate tasks to carpenters and helpers efficiently based on skill and project urgency.

Materials & Planning:

Manage

material ordering and requisitioning

in coordination with the store and procurement team. Monitor material usage to minimize waste and track shortages proactively. Maintain close coordination with project managers and draughtsmen for production planning.

Site Coordination:

Take accurate

site measurements

and ensure fabrication aligns with actual site conditions. Support installation teams when necessary and ensure smooth handover of factory-finished items.

Team Management:

Supervise and guide factory workers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintain productivity levels and resolve on-ground issues effectively. Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings when required.

Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a

joinery or carpentry production

environment. Strong knowledge of

cutting list preparation, material understanding, and joinery detailing

. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Good organizational, planning, and communication skills.

UAE driving license is a plus

(for site visits and supplier coordination).

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or technical education in Woodwork / Joinery / Interior Fit-Out. Experience using joinery-related software (AutoCAD basic knowledge is an advantage). Fluent in English and Hindi (Arabic is a plus).

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
