Job Description

:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Factory Supervisor to assist the Production Manager in daily factory operations and ensure smooth workflow and coordination. The ideal candidate should have a background in joinery work and be capable of handling both technical and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Production Manager in executing daily production plans.

Read and understand technical drawings related to joinery works.

Communicate effectively in Arabic and English with workers, suppliers, and management.

Prepare and update material inventory sheets using Microsoft Excel.

Oversee the factory store and manage stock control efficiently.

Ensure timely material requests and proper documentation.

Handle transportation logistics for workers, including managing the movement and scheduling of the factory bus and truck.

Coordinate with drivers to ensure punctuality and availability of transport.

Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline within the factory team.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the factory environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a joinery or woodworking factory.

Strong knowledge of joinery materials and production processes.

Proficiency in reading technical drawings.

Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.

Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to handle pressure and multitask.

Salary: Basic salary + OT.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
