Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily factory operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Monitor production processes and implement improvements for quality and output
Manage a team of production workers, including scheduling and performance management
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to electrical and electronic systems
Maintain accurate records and reports using computer-based systems
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
Requirements:
Degree or technical certification in
Electrical/Electronics Engineering
or a related field
Proven experience (3+ years) in a factory or manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of factory machinery, production lines, and automation systems
Computer literate
- proficient with MS Office, production software, and reporting tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
Fluent in Azerbaijani (English and/or Russian a plus)
