Job Description

Production Management:

Supervising Joinery and Fitout projects. Scheduling and assigning personnel, monitoring workflow, resolving production issues, and ensuring timely completion of the production plan.

Quality Control:

Implementing and enforcing quality standards, monitoring product quality, and identifying areas for improvement.

Team Leadership:

Supervising, training, and motivating a team of employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Safety Compliance:

Ensuring adherence to safety procedures, maintaining a safe work environment, and promoting a culture of safety.

Equipment Maintenance:

Ensuring equipment is properly maintained, coordinating repairs, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.

Communication & Collaboration:

Communicating effectively with other departments, including sales, engineering, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.

Continuous Improvement:

Identifying areas for process improvement, implementing changes, and driving efficiency gains.

Policy Enforcement:

Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving and analytical abilities. Knowledge of production processes and equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Bachelor's degree in a related field (often preferred).
