About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced

Factory Supervisor

to oversee daily operations at our wood manufacturing facility. This role requires hands-on leadership, team management, and a strong understanding of woodworking processes and production lines.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations on the production floor Ensure high-quality output and adherence to safety and quality standards Monitor employee performance and provide training and support when needed Plan and delegate tasks based on production deadlines Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished goods Identify and troubleshoot issues related to machines or processes Report production data and suggest improvements to optimize workflow Enforce health and safety regulations across the team

Qualifications:

Minimum 7+ years of experience in a wood or carpentry-related factory Proven leadership and team coordination skills Strong knowledge of wood manufacturing processes, machines, and materials Ability to read technical drawings and production plans Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Understanding of health & safety standards in an industrial setting Basic computer skills (Excel, email, reporting tools)

Preferred:

Experience with CNC machines or automated woodworking equipment Bilingual communication (Arabic/English) is a plus UAE experience preferred
