Job Description

Production Management:

Plan, schedule, and oversee the entire production process for wooden doors. Ensure daily production targets are met with high-quality standards. Allocate labor and materials efficiently for maximum productivity. Monitor production timelines, adjusting workflows to meet deadlines.

Team Supervision:

Manage and supervise factory staff including carpenters, machine operators, helpers, and supervisors. Train new employees and ensure all staff follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor staff performance and address any disciplinary issues.

Quality Control:

Maintain strict quality control at all stages of production (cutting, assembling, polishing, finishing, etc.). Coordinate with the QC department to resolve quality issues. Ensure final products meet client specifications and industry standards.

Machine & Tool Management:

Oversee proper use and maintenance of woodworking machinery (CNC, edge banding, panel saw, etc.). Coordinate with maintenance teams for timely servicing and repairs.

Inventory & Materials:

Coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of raw materials (wood, veneer, hardware, adhesives, etc.). Track material consumption and minimize waste.

Health & Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety protocols in line with factory safety standards. Ensure the working environment is safe, clean, and compliant with local regulations.

Reporting & Coordination:

Prepare and submit daily/weekly production reports. Collaborate with design, sales, and dispatch teams to align production with customer requirements.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
