Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Factory Supervisor with proven experience in modular housing, caravan, or prefab production. The candidate will oversee day-to-day factory operations, production scheduling, quality control, and manpower management, ensuring products are delivered on time and meet the required standards

Key Responsibilities

Supervise production operations of modular units, caravans, or prefab houses. Ensure production schedules are met efficiently and on time. Monitor quality control throughout the manufacturing process. Manage and coordinate factory workforce, including technicians, operators, and helpers. Ensure compliance with safety standards and UAE regulations. Maintain production records, inventory control, and material usage reports. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely supply of materials. Support installation or delivery teams for on-site projects as required.

Mandatory Requirements

Proven experience as a Factory Supervisor in modular, caravan, or prefab production Minimum 3 years of relevant experience Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and production planning Ability to manage teams and coordinate operations efficiently Familiarity with factory safety standards and UAE regulations Good communication and problem-solving skills UAE driving license

Preferred

UAE work experience Knowledge of EPC or industrial project requirements Exposure to design and assembly processes for modular housing
