As a Factory Manager for our Marble Factory, you will be responsible for the overall management of
the factory\'s operations, production processes, and staff. Your primary goal will be to maintain and
enhance the factory\'s efficiency, safety, and quality standards while achieving production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee all aspects of marble production, including cutting, polishing, and quality control.
? Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring that targets are met.
? Train, and manage a team of skilled workers and technicians.
? Foster a positive work environment, promote safety, and enhance employee productivity.
? Establish and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the production of high-quality marble
products.
? Implement continuous improvement measures to enhance product quality.
? Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
? Ensure adequate stock to meet production demands and minimize waste.
? Oversee the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment in the factory.
? Ensure that all equipment is in optimal working condition.
? Enforce safety protocols, procedures, and policies to protect the well-being of employees.
? Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
? Manage the factory\'s budget, control operational costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
? Monitor and report on financial performance.
Requirements:
? Bachelor\'s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
? Proven experience in factory management, with a focus on marble production preferred.
? Strong knowledge of marble manufacturing processes, equipment, and industry standards.
? Leadership and team management skills.
? Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
? Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance.
? Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
