Lighting Factory Manager

Job Description
Elettrico is looking to hire an experienced factory manager to supervise factory workers and ensure that factory targets are met. Responsibilities:
- Screening, recruiting and training new factory workers.
- Quality Control
- Ensuring that factory machinery is in good working order.
- Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues.
- Regularly inspecting finished products.
- Manage all factory processes to continually achieve factory targets.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial management, logistics, or related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a factory.
- Knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong management and leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Factory Management / Supervisor: 5 years (Required)
