A high-profile leadership role - both internally and within the community - you'll be responsible for safe and efficient operations of a dynamic facility. You'll: Develop short and long-term plans that drive progress Lead the team - embedding a culture that prioritises safety and productivity Drive initiatives to reduce costs, introduce new products and upgrades Instil continuous improvement and relentlessly strive to improve quality.
