Dubai-based Interior Design & Fit-Out Contracting group, operating our own woodworks and joinery factory in Umm Al Quwain.
We specialize in custom wood solutions include but not limited to kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, wall cladding, TV units, and decorative joinery works for residential and commercial projects.
We are hiring an
experienced Factory Foreman
to supervise joinery production, manage factory teams, and ensure accurate execution of shop drawings, material planning, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise carpenters and factory workers
- Manage daily production schedules and workflow
- Read, understand, and execute shop drawings & technical drawings
- Coordinate with draftsman to clarify and finalize shop drawings
- Take site measurements and ensure fabrication accuracy
- Prepare material take-offs and calculate required quantities
- Ensure correct and safe use of woodworking machines
- Monitor quality control and finishing standards
- Ensure projects are completed on time
- Maintain factory safety procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Factory Foreman / Joinery Foreman
- Previous experience in a woodworks or joinery factory (mandatory)
- Strong experience in:
o Kitchen cabinets
o Wardrobes
o Wall cladding
o TV units
o Custom wood & decorative joinery
- Technical knowledge and drawing interpretation skills
- Experience in site measurements and material calculation
- Knowledge of woodworking machinery
- Leadership and team management skills

Preferred Skills
- UAE market experience
- Knowledge of finishes (Laminate, Veneer, PU, CNC works)
- Good communication skills
