AED 4,000 - AED 8,000 per month (based on experience)

About the Role:

We are hiring an

experienced and skilled Factory Foreman

to lead operations in our

wooden furniture and joinery production facility

. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of

high-quality custom woodwork

for luxury interiors, retail fit-outs, and residential furnishings.

What We're Looking For:

A

hands-on leader

who understands the complete lifecycle of

wood production

, from raw material handling to final finishing.
Someone who can manage a team of

carpenters, machine operators, and polishers

, while keeping timelines, safety, and quality on track.
A professional with proven experience in

wood joinery, furniture assembly, CNC machines, veneer work

, and

finishing operations

.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production of wooden furniture and interior joinery products. Manage a team of skilled workers including

carpenters, spray painters, and machine operators

. Oversee all stages of production:

wood cutting, assembly, sanding, polishing, veneer work, finishing

. Interpret

technical drawings

, shop drawings, and ensure adherence to design and dimensions. Ensure

quality control

standards are met across all processes. Implement health & safety practices in accordance with UAE woodworking factory regulations. Plan production schedules and work closely with planning and design teams. Conduct training sessions for staff and improve team efficiency. Monitor material usage and prevent waste.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree

in Wood Technology, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum

10 years of experience in a wooden furniture, carpentry, or joinery production facility

. Minimum

3 years as a foreman/in-charge, production supervisor

, or team leader. Excellent understanding of

wood machinery (CNC, edge banders, panel saws, sanders, etc.)

. Deep knowledge of

wood types, joinery techniques, cabinet making

, and surface finishing. Strong communication and

people management

skills. English proficiency required (Hindi/Arabic is a plus).

Must be currently available in UAE

or ready for immediate relocation.
