Key Responsibilities
Blueprint & Drawing Interpretation:
Accurately read and interpret technical drawings, dimensions, and cut lists.
Material Preparation & Processing:
Skilled in
sewing/jointing panels
.
Operate
edge banding machinery
effectively.
Perform precise
drilling and boring
of panels.
Cut, shape, and smooth materials according to specifications.
Cabinet & Furniture Assembly:
Assemble kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and other joinery products with accuracy and according to plans.Oversee and participate in on-site installation, ensuring proper alignment and stability of installed units.Inspect production at every stage to maintain high standards and perform necessary adjustments or repairs.Ensure all team members follow strict safety protocols within the factory and on-site.Supervise production staff, assign tasks, and provide guidance to maintain efficiency and quality.

Experience:
Minimum
4 years' experience
in kitchen and wardrobe manufacturing.
Strong background in general woodworking and joinery.
Previous experience with
Light Gauge Steel (LGS)
is an advantage but not required.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and measurements.
Basic math skills for accurate calculations.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
