Production Planning:
Organizing work, creating schedules, allocating tasks, and adjusting workflow for timely completion.
Quality Control:
Inspecting work, ensuring adherence to specifications, and implementing continuous improvement.
Safety Enforcement:
Enforcing safety regulations, training on equipment, and mitigating risks in a safe work environment.
Resource Management:
Ensuring adequate staffing, materials, and equipment, monitoring inventory, and minimizing waste.
Reporting & Communication:
Documenting production data, reporting progress, and collaborating with other departments.
Problem Solving:
Troubleshooting issues, resolving operational bottlenecks, and addressing equipment malfunctions.
Making Production Report and update Sales Team.
