are hiring a

Foreman

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Project Supervision:

Lead and manage a team involved in digital printing, woodwork, metalwork, event setups, exhibition stands, vehicle branding, and more. Allocate tasks, supervise day-to-day activities, and ensure quality control across all projects.

Project Coordination & Execution:

Oversee the setup of event structures such as stages, promotional stands, mall setups, showroom/shop interiors, backdrops, arches, inflatable balloons, and heritage branding. Coordinate closely with the design and project management teams to fulfill client requirements and deadlines.

Operational Efficiency:

Ensure timely and cost-effective execution of projects while maintaining high standards of workmanship. Manage onsite activities, including material handling, equipment setup, safety compliance, and workforce productivity.

Client Interaction & Site Management:

Attend client meetings when required to understand project requirements. Represent the company onsite and ensure smooth communication between clients, designers, and workers.

Maintenance & Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage tools, machinery, and material inventories. Report damages, shortages, or requirements to the management promptly.
Key Skills Required:

Strong leadership and staff management abilities. Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with digital printing, joinery, metalwork, exhibition stands, branding, and event production services. Ability to read and understand technical drawings and project layouts. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications:

Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as a Foreman/Site Supervisor in digital printing, event setups, displays, exhibition stands, joinery, or related fields in the UAE. Good understanding of project timelines, logistics, and site safety regulations. Fluent in Hindi and English (Arabic and Malayalam are a plus). Valid UAE Driving License is

required

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
