:
We are seeking an experienced Factory Foreman to oversee daily production operations in our HVAC grills and diffusers manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for supervising workers, ensuring production targets and quality standards are met, coordinating material flow, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate production activities on the factory floor.
Ensure products meet required quality and dimensional standards.
Manage manpower allocation and monitor daily production output.
Coordinate with the production planning and maintenance teams.
Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean work area.
Report production progress, issues, and equipment status to management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC grills, diffusers, or sheet metal fabrication.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
