Job Summary:

We are looking for a competent and experienced individual to oversee our dairy production facility in Ajman. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in food production, quality control, and compliance with Ajman Municipality regulations. This role requires leadership skills to manage staff and the ability to ensure smooth factory operations while meeting all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production activities for dairy products including paneer, cheese, yogurt, and ice cream Ensure production meets quality, hygiene, and safety standards Manage and train factory staff, assign duties, and monitor performance Handle all matters related to Ajman Municipality approvals, inspections, and documentation Coordinate with QA/QC team to maintain proper lab testing, record keeping, and compliance Ensure timely renewal of food licenses, health cards, pest control certificates, etc. Communicate and coordinate with third-party labs, suppliers, and regulatory bodies Troubleshoot production or compliance issues efficiently Maintain documentation for all production and regulatory matters Support in new product development and improvements

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years experience in food production or dairy industry Good understanding of UAE Municipality regulations and food safety standards Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of HACCP, ISO standards, and quality control systems Fluent in English and Hindi/Urdu (Arabic is a plus) UAE experience and driving license preferred
