Managing the Facility Management department and ensuring smooth organization in accordance with the organization's policies and objectives.
Cooperating with the Line manager to set the Facility Management department rules and policies.
Prepare all buildings rules and policies, drafting and updating emergency plans and evacuation procedures.
Monitoring building maintenance budgets.
Arranging for building improvements.
Supervise the employee's performance Evaluation and providing direction, correction, or additional training, with the Cooperating of the human resources department.
Inspecting the building frequently for signs of damage or wear.
Submit periodic reports to the Line manager
