We are currently looking for a Facility Manager with 3-5 years experience in healthcare industry. Main Responsibilities : Facilities Management Responsible for all the clinic maintenance, renovation, and new projects. Responsible to prepare protocols, policies, standards for use, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment. Evaluates the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biomedical equipment in coordination with Medical Biomedical Engineer. Ensures preventative maintenance on Equipment's Purchase Train the clinic employees on proper use of the equipment to carry out daily checks and maintenance. Efficiently implements maintenance work order for all work assignments and organizes resources effectively. Ensures security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly. Ensures that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures. Coordination with DHA, Civil Defense and other related government bodies during inspection of the facilities. Follow up with new requests and handle clinic facilities issues. Ensuring the surrounding of the premise is in alignment with regulatory standards of the DHA/Civil Defense. Health & Safety. Responsible for minimizing or removing the risk of accidents, work-related illnesses, and injuries in the workplace. Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards Ensure that all Health & Safety policies, procedures, rules and regulations are adhered to and are regularly reviewed, updated and communicated.
Ensure the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations
Ensure that all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented
Ensure that safety inspections are carried out, fire drills and fire alarms are correctly reported, safety inspections, risk assessments and lone working procedures are managed and employees are aware of their responsibilities
Coordinate the development of health & safety policies, systems of work and procedures Ensure full and accurate health and safety and training records are maintained
Establish a full programmed of documented health & safety inspections, audits, and checks.
Provide regular reports to the reporting manager on relevant health and safety activities Housekeeping Oversee cleaning work done by the housekeeping staff to ensure that it has been done to standard and according to procedures.
Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure appropriate liaison with vendors to ensure prompt delivery of both.
Ensure that all chemical and clinic waste is properly disposed of by following set procedures and protocols of the clinic.
Oversee the disinfection and ;cleaning of clinic areas, including rooms, bathrooms, lobbies, and doctors' offices.
Keep abreast of equipment repair or supplies replenishment needs and ensure that they are timely fulfilled.
Ensure that housekeeping staff members actively clean and turn patients' mattresses, and change linen on a daily basis.
Oversee the work of housekeeping staff to ensure prompt and efficient delivery of clean linen to respective doctors & Aesthetic rooms Ensure that the Grooming standard are communicated and adhere to by housekeeping staff. Administration Manage team of Housekeeping, biomedical engineer and other outsource maintenance/housekeeping staff by creating schedules, tracking inventory, creating, and using budgets, and overseeing contract obligations and deadlines Job Interactions Accurately completes all reports, correspondence, Work Control documents and other assigned paperwork. Keeping track of all contracts related to facilities, Outsource, DHA /Facility permit. Monitor the facility insurance renewal, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance contract and other contract /documents related to facilities. Coordinating with procurement and finance all LPOs, Contracts and Deliveries. Manage the office supplies, inventory and ordering of the items. Checks completed work by vendors and contractors. Completed Mechanical Engineer. 3- 5 years experience in the same field and health care industry.
