Projects And Facility Manager
Job Description
We are hiring Project & Facility Manager to oversee upcoming projects - events, entertainments, etc. and managing existing facilitates - health clubs, etc. The ideal candidate is someone had good exposure of working on different projects from the scratch, identifying needs that can be successfully addressed, Pitching project ideas, developing new project plans, formulating resources allocation strategy, evaluating each projects efficiency, etc. Inspecting buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations. The person will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well functioning. He/She also needs to consulting with the assigned Project Director to seek guidance and input during the key phase of each project. Requirements:
- Recognized project management qualification.
- Demonstrable experience as a project manager (Minimum 5 years)
- In-depth understanding of prevailing project management methods.
- Forethought, with the capacity to identify and minimize risks.
- Degree in a pertinent discipline.
