Job Summary



Responsible for managing day-to-day operations and facilities management services by effectively establishing and implementing work procedures. This role ensures smooth and efficient facility services and supports organizational goals through strategic contract and safety management.


Key Responsibilities




Support the development of the Administration Services business plan in alignment with the organization's strategic direction. Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Administration Services policies, procedures, and processes. Assist the Section Head in organizing workflow and coordinating tasks within the section. Manage contracts related to Facilities Management, such as cleaning, pantry, and security services, including implementing access management procedures. Monitor and assess overall safety and security of the premises in accordance with the organization's Health and Safety Policy. Identify issues and issue corrective instructions as needed. Produce weekly inspection reports on work performed by service providers to ensure compliance with contractual terms and standards. Ensure adherence to the organization's safety and evacuation plans and procedures as per the building's security protocols. Manage and coordinate all tasks related to facilities management to ensure services are delivered efficiently and effectively. Manage all health and safety services, facilities management services, and the provision of driver services. Manage and coordinate any additional tasks related to Facilities Management, as directed by the Section Head, to ensure proper and efficient service delivery.

Education




Bachelor's degree in Physical Rehabilitation Medicine or a related field.

Experience




Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in facilities management or a related administrative services role.
