We are seeking a FacilitiesCoordinator/ Move-in Move-out Inspector, the role involves conducting thorough move-in and move-out inspections of residential/commercial units, ensuring properties meet company standards, and supporting the leasing and maintenance teams for smooth handovers.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform pre- and post-occupancy inspections using checklists and photo documentation
Identify maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant teams
Report property condition and damages accurately
Maintain organized inspection records
Liaise with tenants and internal departments for seamless operations
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
2-4 years' experience in property inspection or facilities management
Knowledge of basic property systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management
Language:
ENGLISH (Required)
