Requirement:
Valid Qatar Driving License & Own Car (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support daily facility operations and maintenance tasks.
Assist in planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance.
Monitor MEP systems and report any issues to the engineering team.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to facility performance.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in the
FM industry

Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical
or
Electrical Engineering
.
Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems.
Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Must hold a valid Qatar driving license and have own car
