We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Facility Coordinator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and coordination skills within the Facility Management (FM) sector and the ability to support daily operational and maintenance activities.Position:

Valid Qatar Driving License & Own Car (Mandatory)Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support daily facility operations and maintenance tasks. Assist in planning and scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance. Monitor MEP systems and report any issues to the engineering team. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to facility performance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of experience
in theFM industry
. Bachelor's degree inMechanical
orElectrical Engineering
. Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other facility systems. Excellent coordination, communication, and organizational skills.Must hold a valid Qatar driving license and have own car
