Provided by the companyKey Responsibilities:
Conduct
site visits
to assess client requirements and prepare detailed cost evaluations for cleaning and maintenance services.Manage, supervise, and monitor staff
across multiple client locations to ensure quality service delivery. Prepare, review, and submitquotations
based on annual contracts and one-time service requests.Arrange and allocate manpower
for both short-term and long-term projects, ensuring efficient utilization of resources. Maintaindirect communication with clients
, attending meetings, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. Overseedaily operations
, including scheduling, deployment, and performance tracking of staff. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance withhealth, safety, and hygiene standards
. Manageinventory of cleaning materials and equipment
, ensuring availability as per site requirements. Providetraining and guidance
to staff to maintain high service standards. Assist management inbudget planning, resource allocation, and cost control
. Ensure timely resolution oftechnical or manpower-related issues
at client sites. Work closely with management todevelop strategies for client retention and business growth
.Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Facilities Supervisor
or in a similar role within facility management or manpower outsourcing. Strong knowledge ofcleaning services, maintenance work, and manpower supply operations
. Excellentleadership, organizational, and communication skills
. Ability to managemultiple sites
and handle urgent client requirements efficiently. Strongclient-facing skills
with a problem-solving mindset.Benefits:
