Manage administrative tasks and facility documentation
Maintain accurate records and an organized filing system
Coordinate schedules for meetings and facility usage
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Monitor inventory and update operational trackers
Prepare reports and send reminders for deadlines
Support overall facility operations and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
Essential:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline
Experience in facility management or the construction industry (administration or document control)
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Excellent organizational, time management, and data handling abilities
Desirable:
Knowledge of CMMS or CAFM software
Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 41001 standards

Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR3,000.00 per month
