The role is to oversee the day-to-day management, maintenance, and development of sports club facilities, including indoor and outdoor sports amenities, gyms, and recreational spaces. The Facilities Manager will ensure high standards of safety, functionality, and member satisfaction while managing refurbishment projects and ongoing facility improvements. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily facility management of multiple residential and commercial properties of ADCG and its subsidiaries. Involvement in creating and negotiating the terms of commercial and residential technical contracts in partnership with our outsourced Facility Management vendor. Responsible in dealing with project teams in terms of works required, variations, change in design requirements, etc. Daily reports to the Head of Real Estate of all the developments, problems and requirements of assigned properties. Budget preparation, analyze data and estimate projected cost and losses. Liaising with Abu Dhabi Municipality and other government entities. Strategic analysis and recommendations for short, mid and long term space solutions of commercial / residential properties to ensure efficiency. Monitor the consultant performance to ensure fulfilment of their duties, in respect of but not limited to: attending site inspections, quality control, safety auditing and monitor the progress of the Project against the Project master schedule, etc. Coordination between the Project Parties at site to ensure smooth flow of operations. Co-ordination with Clients and stakeholders to compile requirements and identify scope. Review and approval of all consultants and suppliersaEUR(TM) invoices. Carry out periodic inspections of the property to make sure the building standards are maintained and supervise our Facility Management vendor to make sure they are meeting the expected level of services. Experience: 10 years experience in Engineering, Consulting or Technical Capacity. Strong knowledge of hard and soft Facilities Management, and security. Core Competencies: BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Strong understanding of Bill of Quantities, MEP, Design Documents, and Technical Specifications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility / Resiliency - Ability to handle pressure and readily respond to changing circumstances and expectations.
