In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our Facilities Management (FM) services across various sectors, including residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Facilities Management sector.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to client requirements.
Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure successful service.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of proven sales experience in Facilities Management within the UAE.
Strong knowledge of FM services including soft services, hard services, and integrated FM solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong business acumen with a results-oriented approach.
UAE Driving License.
