Cityway Facilities Management is looking for a dynamic and results-driven
Real Estate Sales Manager
to lead our growing property sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing a team of agents, and overseeing all aspects of property sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of real estate agents.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Oversee property listings, client meetings, and negotiations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
Ensure sales targets and KPIs are met or exceeded.
Provide training and motivation to the sales team.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competition.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the UAE real estate market is a must.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Proficiency in English (Additional languages are a plus).
