Job Description

Job Purpose:

The Multi Maintenance Technician is responsible for carrying out preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance across company facilities, including offices, workshops, showrooms, warehouses, and staff accommodations. The role ensures all building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general maintenance) are maintained to guarantee safety, efficiency, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Perform routine inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities, equipment, and utilities. Carry out general maintenance tasks, including electrical repairs, plumbing, painting, HVAC, and carpentry. Support workshop and showroom facility upkeep to ensure smooth operations in line with automotive business needs. Respond promptly to maintenance requests, troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime. Assist in installation, servicing, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment within the facility. Monitor and maintain building systems such as lighting, air-conditioning, water pumps, and safety equipment. Ensure compliance with safety standards, fire regulations, and company health & safety policies. Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, service logs, and checklists. Coordinate with external vendors and contractors when specialized maintenance work is required. Support facility improvement projects and contribute to energy-saving initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma / Technical Certification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a maintenance technician, preferably in automotive facilities or large group companies Strong knowledge in multi-skilled trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance) Ability to read and understand technical manuals, drawings, and schematics Good problem-solving, troubleshooting, and time management skills Basic knowledge of safety regulations and building codes Team player with good communication skills Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required
