We are seeking a proactive and skilled Facilities Engineer to join our hospitality team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in facilities management or engineering within the hospitality sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of all hotel facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, maintain, and repair hotel facilities including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Respond promptly to urgent maintenance issues to minimize disruption to guests.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
Support energy management initiatives and sustainability programs.
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality or commercial facilities.
Strong knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance, and safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
