Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced
Facilities Engineer
to join our Facilities Management team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure, ensuring all systems run efficiently and safely.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage maintenance activities (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, etc.) across assigned facilities. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Monitor and control the performance of technicians and contractors. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and reports. Manage site operations, coordinate with clients, and handle complaints effectively. Assist in budget preparation and cost control for maintenance operations. Ensure availability of tools, spare parts, and consumables.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Management or building maintenance in the UAE. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, BMS, and soft and hard FM services. Good understanding of UAE regulations and standards for building maintenance. Proficient in MS Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Excellent communication and leadership skills. UAE driving license is preferred.
