We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Facilities Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, maintenance, and performance of various building systems, ensuring efficient service delivery and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil systems.
Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on asset condition and performance.
Liaise with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for timely execution of FM tasks.
Implement preventive maintenance plans and ensure timely resolution of breakdowns.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance.
Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems.
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
UAE driving license (preferred).
