Job Description

We are hiring a Facilities & Maintenance Manager for one of our clients in Doha.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

. Developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive job cost system.

. Directing and overseeing all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization.

. Evaluating and advising on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action.

. Budgeting and Forecasting - Developing and managing project budgets and forecasts.

. Cost Control - Monitoring and controlling costs to ensure that products are produced within budgeted cost.

. Perform financial management duties including generating financial data, compiling and submitting reports, analyzing industry trends and assessing the financial health of the company.

. Oversee the operations and development of the company's finance departments including creating and reviewing policies, budgeting, recruiting, training and conducting regular assessments of financial procedures.

. Supervise the preparation of periodic account reconciliations, monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting standards and assist with cash flow forecasting.

. Advise colleagues and executive management on decisions related to the company's finances.

. Supervise the documentation of the company's financial status and forecasts.

. Mediate between the organization, employees, owners and investors on financial issues for amicable resolution of differences.

. Create strategic business plans based on the analysis of the company's status and financial forecasts.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of related experience.

Bachelors degree in Facility Management or equivalent.

Technical knowledge in building systems, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and other facility-related equipment is essential.

A male candidate is required.

Must have Qatars driving license.

With a valid QID and NOC.
