Roles & Responsibilities

Design & Engineering

Prepare facade design drawings, specifications, and calculations in compliance with project requirements and international codes. Develop shop drawings and coordinate with consultants, architects, and contractors. Perform structural, thermal, and acoustic analysis of facade systems. Provide technical support for material selection, mock-ups, and prototypes.

Project Coordination

Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, MEP teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of facade elements. Review consultant/architect drawings and highlight discrepancies or constructability issues. Attend design coordination and progress meetings.

Site Execution & Supervision

Oversee the installation of facade systems (curtain wall, cladding, glazing, louvers, skylights, etc.). Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations. Resolve on-site technical issues in coordination with project stakeholders.

Quality & Compliance

Ensure all facade works meet relevant codes, standards, and project specifications. Review and approve material submittals, method statements, and inspection test plans (ITPs). Support testing (air, water, structural, thermal, acoustic) for facade performance.

Cost & Time Management

Assist in facade material procurement, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery. Monitor progress of facade activities against project schedules.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
