What You'll Do

• Supervise subcontractors, labor, and site staff to meet project schedules
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve on-site technical challenges promptly
• Prepare and review progress reports, inspection records, and quality documentation
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (mandatory)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in GCC, specifically on high-rise building projects
• Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, structural systems, and site management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and construction management software
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
