Key Responsibilities
Supervise on-site installation of
aluminum and facade systems
(curtain wall, windows, doors, cladding, louvers)
Ensure works are carried out as per approved shop drawings and method statements
Coordinate daily site activities with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors
Monitor manpower, productivity, and material usage
Ensure compliance with
QA/QC and HSE requirements
Conduct site inspections and rectify installation issues
Coordinate with consultants and main contractors for inspections and approvals
Maintain daily progress reports and site records
Support project handover and snag clearance
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (preferred)
5-10 years of experience
in aluminum and facade installation
Strong knowledge of facade systems and site execution practices
Experience working on UAE projects is mandatory
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings
Good communication and team coordination skills
Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
