, and help shape the future of urban architecture. We are seeking an experienced

Facade Designer - Aluminum & Facade

to lead the design and engineering of high-performance facade systems for landmark commercial, residential, and institutional projects. This role combines technical excellence with creative problem-solving to deliver solutions that are architecturally striking, structurally sound, and economically viable.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design of various facade systems including

curtain walls

,

ACP cladding

,

glazing systems

,

spider systems

,

skylights

, and other complex building envelopes. Convert architectural concepts into

engineered, buildable solutions

using industry standards and best practices. Develop and review

shop drawings

,

fabrication drawings

, and

installation details

in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders. Coordinate with

architects, consultants, and project engineers

to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications, and aesthetic requirements. Ensure all designs comply with

local and international codes

, including structural safety, thermal performance, acoustic insulation, and sustainability standards. Perform

structural calculations

and performance analyses, such as wind load, thermal expansion, deflection, and system behavior. Review

material specifications

,

technical submittals

, and facade components to ensure quality and suitability. Provide

technical support during project execution

, including site coordination, design modifications, and troubleshooting. Keep up to date with

facade industry innovations

, materials, tools, and construction technologies. Mentor and support junior designers and

CAD technicians

to ensure project design integrity and accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Architecture

,

Structural Engineering

, or a related discipline.

5-10+ years

of hands-on experience in facade design, particularly with

aluminum and glass systems

. Proficient in

AutoCAD

; Deep understanding of

facade systems

, including design principles, materials, fabrication techniques, and installation processes. Ability to read and interpret

architectural and structural drawings

with accuracy. Strong communication and coordination skills; capable of leading interdisciplinary discussions and resolving technical challenges.
