Stock Controller - Restaurant (Abu Dhabi)
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
Stock Controller
to join our restaurant in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing dailyF&B inventory, receiving and inspecting deliveries, conducting regular stock counts, tracking expiries (FIFO),
coordinating with kitchen and purchasing teams, and ensuring proper storage and food safety compliance.Requirements:
2-3 years of F&B or hospitality stock control experience
(mandatory)
Strong knowledge of inventory systems and food safety practices Good communication and reporting skills Basic computer skills (Excel / inventory software) Preferred nationality:Arab (Male)
Must becurrently in the UAE
Salary (Negotiable)
Availability : Can join immediately is a PLUS.
