2. Product & Market Expertise
Deep knowledge of base oil quality grades (Group?1 & 2), applications, specifications, and interchangeability.
Understand fertilizers (urea, SOP) and marine fuels (MGO) specifications, classification, shipping standards, and international end-use requirements. i
3. Export Operations & Compliance
Manage end?to?end export shipments: documentation (LCs, invoices, packing lists), customs, freight logistics (sea, ISO tanks, road), routes, and vendors. jobs.lubrizol.comiimjobs.com
Ensure full compliance with export/import regulations--DGFT, customs, labelling, duty classification, port standards.
4. Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate with internal supply chain, operations, planning, and finance teams.
Monitor shipment tracking, inventory planning, freight costs, demurrage, and bonded warehouses.
Optimize logistics for cost-efficiency and timely delivery.
5. Client & Team Management
Maintain strong relationships with key global accounts; follow through on tenders, orders, and renewals.
Mentor and manage junior business development managers or export coordinators across regions.
6. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Conduct market research: demand-supply trends, competitor pricing, trade lanes, product substitutes.
Use insights to develop territory strategies and tailor product offerings.
7. Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track export KPIs: volumes, margins, revenue, client metrics; report regularly to senior management.
Ensure accurate order forecasting and commercial performance tracking.
