Job Summary:



We are seeking a highly experienced and commercially driven

Sales Export Manager

to lead and grow our

export business

for the

Electronics Division

. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of

UAE trade practices

, a proven track record in international sales, and established connections across the

Middle East, Africa, and/or Asia

markets. This role is critical in expanding our global footprint and increasing the export volume of our electronics products.

Key Responsibilities:



Export Sales & Market Expansion:

Develop and execute strategic plans to grow export sales in target international markets. Identify new business opportunities, distribution partners, and key accounts abroad. Manage all stages of the sales cycle - lead generation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales support.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, retailers, and importers. Provide tailored product and pricing proposals to suit regional market needs. Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships through consistent service and communication.

Trade Compliance & Documentation:

Coordinate export documentation including proforma invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and bills of lading. Ensure compliance with UAE and international trade regulations, customs policies, and documentation requirements.

Coordination with Internal Teams:

Work closely with logistics, finance, and product teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth shipping operations. Monitor inventory and coordinate with supply chain for accurate stock allocation.

Market Intelligence & Reporting:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and emerging markets. Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and strategic presentations for senior management.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in International Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum

5-8 years of experience

in

export sales

within the

electronics industry

in the

UAE

. Strong network of clients and distributors in

GCC, Africa, Asia, or CIS

regions. Solid understanding of

UAE export procedures

, shipping documentation, and international trade policies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, French, or regional languages) are a plus. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
