Are you passionate about logistics and delivering exceptional customer experiences at global exhibitions & events?
Kuehne + Nagel UAE is looking for a dynamic Expo & Events Logistics Specialist to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will ensure best-in-class operations and customer service for all shipments related to exhibitions and events. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver seamless logistics solutions for high-profile events across the region.
How you create impact

• Prepare quotations for customers and KN offices based on subcontractor charges and coordinate bookings with internal and external partners.
• Provide clients with tailored logistics solutions and regular updates on the status of their shipments.
• Verify and confirm transport and customs documentation for all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments for exhibitions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, ensuring timely customs clearance and delivery to booths.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners to execute Expo & Events shipments and invoice services via FairLOG.
• Coordination with exhibitor and ground handling team for on-site services, Booth delivery, empty handling, and return collection, .etc

What we would like you to bring

• Minimum: Technical Degree, Preferred: Superior Degree or Postgraduate qualification
• 1-2 years of experience in Expo & Events logistics operations is preferred.
• General knowledge of freight operations (Air, Land, Sea)
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer orientation and commercial acumen, Strong analytical judgment and team collaboration, and a Proactive and responsible mindset
