Bachelor\'s degree with atleast 5+ years of experience in educational projects.

An effective member of the work team and able to enhance confidence in his relationships with clients and team members.
Excellent writing skills.
High degree of analytical thinking, demonstrating talent, Identify, examine, improve, and simplify multiple work processes.

- Contribute to the review and audit of the validity of the systems and procedures related to managing committees application and associated performance indicators
- Develop a policy and systematic follow-up of decisions of the committees.
- Contribute to the study and follow-up of change requests effects on work of the committees and the team.
- Contribute to the preparation of training for management awareness.
- Preparing standards and a detailed plan for the methodology of evaluating the committees and work teams.
- Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and follow-up reports for committees and work teams.
