Role Overview
We are seeking an
Experienced Real Estate Consultant
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property sales or leasing, strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, and the ability to deliver outstanding client service. This role is suited for professionals who are ambitious, self-driven, and eager to grow within a leading agency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage property sales and leasing transactions from start to finish.
Provide expert advice on property values, investment opportunities, and market trends.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Conduct property viewings and coordinate with landlords, developers, and tenants.
Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transaction processes.
Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and market developments.
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
Strong knowledge of the local property market and investment advisory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
RERA/DMT certification is a plus.
